Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. (Except discounted and promotional items)

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

• Pre Booked Items are Not Refundable, However, the Customer can Replace them with any other Equivalent Valued Item within 3 Days.

At PineApple, we do not offer any direct warranty claims. All warranty coverage for our products is handled officially by the respective manufacturers. If you experience any issues, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support. PineApple is not responsible for any warranty claims, repairs, or replacements.
